The Subject of Dispute in the Constitutional Judiciary

Abstract

The availability of basic and secondary pillars is not sufficient to make the constitution full of democracy, it must contain ways to ensure its stability and stability, these methods were mainly embodied in the oversight of the constitutional judiciary.This study relies on effective legal methods. The process was mainly based on the oversight of the constitutional judiciary to preserve constitutional provisions from violations that occur within the state.
