Proritarian Variables in the Managementof the Logistics Office of a Regional Teaching Hospital in Peru
Abstract
The objective of the research was to describe the management of the logistics office of the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo with priority variables such as managers, activities, techniques used, procedures and resources. The1investigation was1applied, explanatory and causal. The population was made up of the workers responsible for the logistics office. A sample of 10 workers from the logistics office was considered. The variables considered in this research were: responsible, activities, techniques used, procedures and resources. The technique used to measure the variables was documentary analysis and interview. Used the textual and summary sheets, as sources to specialized books, official documents and the internet, which was applied to obtain the data of the domains of the variables, also the interview with workers, and an observation guide to obtain the data of the domains of the variables used. It was evidenced that the management of the Logistics Office of the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo suffers from distortions, deficiencies, deficiencies, non-compliances and application empiricisms that negatively affect the maximum use of the potential attributes considered in said management, for not knowing or misapplying some relevant theoretical approaches, for not having complied with the regulatory or budgetary provisions, for not having updated the offer of existing providers in the market or for not taking advantage of the successful experiences of other hospitals.
