Abstract

The banking sector occupies an important role in both developing and advanced economies alike, depending on activities it undertakes in various economic fields, such as finance, investment , foreign trade. After 2003, banking sector witnessed expansion , diversification through increasing number of private banks (PB). It was hoped that This quantitative expansion in (CB)banks takes form of creating economic value, thus achieving development goals and development in the local economy by raising has been efficiency of financing and savings, in addition to role of (CB) and extent to which they perform their functions in a proper manner. Therefore, the research tries as give a true picture of efficiency of Bank of Baghdad In achieving (EVA) by mixes of financial and economic analysis tools . artificial intelligence models represented by (ANN)  model , revealing close relationship between achieving (EVA) , indicators of operational performance and financial stability in Bank, research sample.

This research examines, through  financial analysis tools represented by financial stability and operational performance and economic analysis tools represented by (EVA), concluded that the Bank achieves a non-objective, meaning that operational performance and financial stability are inconsistent with economic profit achieved in Bank. as result is through the structure and estimation of (ANN)
