The industrial noise pollution problem is one of the most important problems faced by crowded cities in Hilla district, because it is the most common and most annoying all over the world, especially in densely populated areas, as the pure noise leads to muscle breakdown and causes unbalanced actions such as mind wandering and lack of Concentration, high blood pressure, and excessive secretion of some glands, which causes high blood sugar, headaches, fatigue and insomnia. The results show that the high rate of noise pollution in the study area resulted from the Factory grinding grain in the Al-Jazaer neighbourhood in the center of Hilla district in the months of April and May, because the month of April is the month of the wheat harvest season, so the farmers load the wheat into the large trucks that gather in front of the silo door to form a queue of large cars that emit noise from their engines and drivers. And the highest level of noise pollution was at the silo of the grain grinding plant in the Al-Jazaer neighbourhood, whose average noise level was (79) decibels because it is one of the main factories in the study area, which processes thousands of tons of wheat for all parts of the governorates of Iraq. The lowest level of noise pollution was issued by Al Salam National Factory, which amounted to (74) decibels
