Abstract

Abstract. The high-pressure exercises are the most important methods that contribute effectively to the development of the physical levels and skills of the players because they contain fast and strong tables like playing in the competition that helps in developing the performance of the players significantly which reflect a positive impact during the competition time. As the performance endurance are the main aspect of the futsal players, the research was concerned with the development of these skills by using the high-pressure exercises which serve the skill side of players, and the more distinguished the team was in their possession of high physical and skill capabilities, the more skill upgrading for the whole futsal team. This requires researchers paying attention to the physiological and physical capabilities of futsal players. The researcher used the experimental method of one single group designed with two tests (pre and post-tests) for its suitability with nature of the research. The research concludes that the high-pressure exercises affect positively in improving some of the physiological variable and performance endurance for futsal players. The study recommended the use of the high-pressure exercises to develop some physiological variables and performance endurance because of its effective impact on developing the level of performance of futsal players.
