This requires researchers paying attention to the physiological and physical capabilities of futsal players. The researcher used the experimental method of one single group designed with two tests (pre and post-tests) for its suitability with nature of the research. The research concludes that the high-pressure exercises affect positively in improving some of the physiological variable and performance endurance for futsal players. The study recommended the use of the high-pressure exercises to develop some physiological variables and performance endurance because of its effective impact on developing the level of performance of futsal players.
