Abstract

Abstract. The research included a preparation of isokinematic exercises for football players who had a partial rupture of the anterior cruciate knee ligament, and to identify the vital effectiveness of these exercises in the rehabilitation of the partial rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament of football players. The researchers use the experimental curriculum (pre and post-test) over one group. The research community is determined with football players who have partial rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee in Babylon Center for disabled Rehabilitation and the Hospital of Imam Al-Sadiq in the province of Babylon. Their numbers were (6) players. The research sample was chosen by the intentional method, and the researchers conducted rehabilitation units using isokinematic exercises, which numbered (24) units and at a rate of (3) units per week. The researchers used the statistical program (SPSS) to extract the results. The researchers find several conclusions, including that the isokinematic exercises have an active role in the progress of qualifying the partial rupture of the anterior cruciate knee ligament in football players.
