Abstract

The aim of the research is to prepare muscular endurance exercises and to identify their effect on the development of some biokinetic abilities and the depth of the forehand and backhand in tennis players for ages 14-15 years. And through the work of specialized researchers and observation of most of the championships, they found that there is a deficiency in the performance of the forehand and backhand in most of the juniors, the performance is characterized by slowness, weakness, and the player's inability to benefit from this skill directly. They found that the junior performs the forehand and backhand weakly, and thus it is easier for the competitors to return, and the researchers attribute this to the low level of muscular ability among the junior players so the researchers went through this attempt and used the experimental method with two equal groups in the pre and post-tests, and the research community was represented by the players of Baghdad for ages 14-15 years. 15 players were divided into 3 groups, 5 players for the exploratory experiment, 5 players for the control sample, as well as 5 players for the experimental sample, where the tribal and dimensional measurements were made and the results were discussed and the following conclusion was reached; there is a positive effect of muscular endurance exercises in developing some biokinetic abilities and the depth of the forehand and backhand for tennis players of the 14-15 years category.
