Abstract

Nguyen Trai (1380-1442) was a hero of liberation, a great ideologist, culturalist of the Vietnamese national, the world’s great cultural personality, formed and developed from the demands of Vietnam's history, economy politic-society conditions in the 14th -15th centuries which were based on inheriting, integrating and developing the ideological values ​​of the three religions (Confucianism - Buddhism - Taoism) with the traditions, cultures of the Vietnamese nation; the foundation of family tradition along with the subjective factor is Nguyen Trai's personal. The loving people ideology of Nguyen Trai had plentiful and deep contents, formed and developed from the demands of Vietnam's history, economy politic-society conditions in the 14th -15th centuries which were based on inheriting, integrating, and developing the ideological values of Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism, with the traditions, cultures of the Vietnamese nation, along with subjective factors of Nguyen Trai. From the approach to philosophy, the history of philosophy, through researching and analyzing historical documents and other related documents, with a group of qualitative research methods, the article goes into the analysis to clarify the characteristics, values, and historical significance of the Nguyen Trai's ideology of loving people. Research shows that the loving people ideology of Nguyen Trai is expressed through contents which related to National sovereignty, deep hatred of the enemy, and willingness to sacrifice for the cause of national liberation; Immersed in the spirit of pride in history, cultural traditions, and civilization of the nation; Show love, liberate the people and make the people have a better life. The contents of Nguyen Trai's ideology of philanthropy show the following basic characteristics: Firstly, Nguyen Trai's thought of philanthropy is a subtle inheritance, fusion, and development of Vietnamese cultural traditions with ideas of Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism, on the foundation of Confucianism. Second, Nguyen Trai's thought of loving the people is in close agreement with vivid reality. Third, Nguyen Trai's thought of loving the people is deeply nationalistic. The basic values ​​of Nguyen Trai's thought of love for the people are expressed first of all in contributing to supplementing and developing the thought of loving the people in Vietnam in the flow of the history of Vietnamese national thought, perfecting the content of the thought. The concept of philanthropy is more comprehensive, deeper, and relatively systematic. Secondly, Nguyen Trai's thought of loving people is an effective answer to the cause of national liberation, national and human liberation of Vietnam in the late 14th century - early 15th century and the end of the 15th century. The same is Nguyen Trai's ideology of loving people, showing deep human values.
