The Effect of Muscular Balance Exercises for the Muscles of the Legs and Some Physiological Variables for Football Players Aged (15-16) Years

Abstract

            The purpose of this paper isto preparing exercises for muscular balance (muscles of the legs) and some physiological variables (lactic acid in the blood) for the football school in Babylon / Musayyib district for football players aged (15-16) years, during which the researcher used a (design for two equal groups) with the test (pre-test –post-test) for its suitability and the nature of the problem and to achieve the objectives of the research.And after the research community identified the players of the football school in the Governorate of Babylon / Al-Musayyib district for football players and their ages (15-16) years for the sports season (2020-2021), their number is (26) players, and after the sample was tested, it consisted of (20) ) players and in an intentional way and dividing them for the purposes of the research experiment by (10) players in each of the two research groups (experimental and control).In addition, after completing the testing process for the research variables for the two tests (pre and post), and after applying the research experiment, the following results were found.The exercises of the experimental group (muscular balance - the muscles of the legs) were more developed for the players of the football school in Babylon / Musayyib district football at the ages of (15-16) years compared to the exercises of the control groupAttention and focus on measuring physiological variables (lactic acid concentration in the blood) during the performance of exercises for all age groups for the purpose of knowing the extent to which players are affected during the training unit football coaches should use appropriate exercises that develop physical abilities
