Background: Graphene is a material with potential applications in many fields in particular, GO has received increasing attention in biomedical fields for its antimicrobial effect. The aim of this study was to detect the Antimicrobial and Antibiofilm Efficacy of Graphene Oxide against Diabetic Foot Ulcer Microorganisms. Methodology: This study included collection of 203 of foot diabetic samples were collected from Baghdad hospitals. A variety of isolates were obtained from diabetic foot ulcer as follows: Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, proteus mirabils, Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae these isolates were cultured on suitable media for identification. Graphene oxide nanomaterials (GO NMs) preparation and use it as treatment material on the Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. Results: Graphene oxide nanomaterials showed effective role against microbial growth and biofilm formation pattern. Conclusions: GO NMs have effective role against microbial growth and biofilm formation
