Operational Efficiency of New Generation Banks with Reference to Financial Performance
Abstract
The evaluation of the actual performance of the banking industry is crucial because it enables us to distinguish between banks that performed well and those that did not. In this way, bank managers can identify the best and worst practices linked with high and low performance in order to improve their own performance. As a result, one can study the performance of banks in different stages to measure the effects of variances in branching stipulation or other rules, as well as the impact of managerial variety. Analyzing the financial performance of New Generation Banks based on their operational performance has been the focus of the current investigation. From 2009 through 2019, researchers will collect data for their investigation. New Generation Banks' operational performance is examined and evaluated in this study utilising financial performance metrics.
