The majority of employees get enough appreciation for their contributions. Railways that pay their workers a decent wage will continue to function. Employees must share tasks and work in line with the organization's goals, just as they would in a family. People are constantly given opportunities to demonstrate their abilities and be acknowledged. The upper management is quite accessible.
