Factors Affecting the Successful Implementation of Anti-Bribery Management Systems in State/Regional-Owned Enterprises in North Sumatra Province

Bribery is the most complex and highly destructive problem, so efforts are needed to eradicate it. ISO 37001, issued on October 15, 2016, is an international standard regarding anti-bribery management systems. This system was published four years ago, which guides the application of anti-bribery management. However, so far, it can say that no public company, either national or regional, has implemented it. The purpose of this research is to examine the factors that are suspected to influence the implementation of the anti-bribery management system, namely leadership commitment, organizational support, communication, and socialization conducted this research with a quantitative approach. The research population is top management and middle management in several BUMN and BUMD in North Sumatra Province. Data testing do by multiple regression analysis and moderating regression analysis. The tools used are PLS and SPSS applications. The results showed that leadership commitment, organizational support, communication, and socialization positively impacted the anti-bribery management systems implementation. Organizational support is a variable that cannot moderate the influence of leadership commitment, organizational support, communication, and socialization on implementing the anti-bribery management system
