A Study on Organizational Climate of Higher Secondary Students in Tirunelveli District.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the organizational climate and its dimensions of higher secondary students in relation to their selected variables in Tirunelveli District of Tamil Nadu. This study was conducted on a sample of 1285 higher secondary students and the tool used to collect the data was organizational climate inventory. The main objectives of the present study is to find out the difference in organizational climate in the study of higher secondary students with respect to the gender, medium of instruction and type of management. The study revealed that the organizational climate in the study of higher secondary students is a significant difference in the organizational climate with respect to the gender, medium of instruction and type of management.
