     Novel is the newest edition in Assamese literature .Among the greatest writers who established Assamese literature in the world context with their successful works Mamani Raysam Goswami is one of them. Her novels deal with the significant events and personal experience of her life .Dotal Hateer Wuiye Khoa Howda is one of her most successful novels in Assamese literature .The setting of the novel is Amronga Satra of South Kamrup .
